Proposals Specialist (UAE Nationals Only)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Proposals Specialist to join our Sales and Client Segment team in Dubai. The role provides operational support to the proposals function, ensuring that all submission packages are prepared on time, meet quality standards, and reflect the Marsh brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage proposal timelines, coordinate priorities, target dates and submission milestones.
• Liaise with contributors, project managers and stakeholders to gather required information and confirm responsibilities.
• Prepare and organise proposal documentation, including supporting materials and submission packages.
• Assist in assembling project details such as scope, deliverables, implementation approach, timetable, staffing and budget, and maintain tracking logs.
• Proofread and review proposal text, graphics and presentation materials; coordinate formatting and final production logistics.
• Maintain proposal templates, databases, version control and standards; support the approvals process by scheduling reviews, consolidating feedback, tracking sign‑offs and reporting status.

Required profile

• UAE national.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, industrial design, product design, journalism or a related field.
• Recent graduate or about to graduate.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a genuine interest in delivering excellent service.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow established procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
