Psychology Teacher (Starting Jan 2027)

About the role

Aldar Education is looking for a dedicated Psychology Teacher to join its growing network of schools in Abu Dhabi, starting in January 2027. The role involves delivering psychology curriculum to secondary‑level students and contributing to a supportive, inclusive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create a climate conducive to outstanding learning and teaching, setting clear objectives and challenging tasks.
• Plan, deliver and assess lessons, using performance data to differentiate instruction and meet the needs of all learners.
• Identify and support SEN or highly able students, ensuring appropriate structures and pacing.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, produce reports for parents and contribute to school‑wide visioning activities.
• Comply with health, safety, safeguarding and academy policies, including dress code, ID badge, and computer use.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field with a recognized teaching qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years experience teaching a specialist subject up to GCSE/A Level (desirable but not essential).
• Experience working with students for whom English is not the first language.
• Passion for teaching, commitment to whole‑child development and recent involvement in extracurricular activities.
