PTP Specialist – Accounts Payable & Payroll

About the role

The COE PTP Specialist supports the United Arab Emirates Finance Centre of Excellence by handling accounts payable and payroll functions for hotels within the network. Reporting to the COE PTP Supervisor, the role ensures accurate processing of invoices, timely supplier payments, and smooth payroll operations for hotel staff.

Key responsibilities

• Post AP invoices for hotels supported by the COE and run supplier payment cycles.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with hotel HR and finance teams to execute monthly payroll runs.
• Distribute payroll reports to hotels and calculate final settlements for team members.
• Perform balance‑sheet reconciliations for AP and payroll accounts.
• Respond to hotel queries related to accounts payable and payroll.
• Support additional tasks to maintain effective SSCD operations.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, self‑starter attitude with strong organisational abilities.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
• Curious and eager to learn, willing to challenge existing processes.
• Team‑oriented, capable of collaborating both on‑site and remotely.

Required skills

• Solid accounting knowledge, especially in accounts payable and payroll.
• Experience with Navision, Oasys and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to learn and operate multiple finance systems.
