About the role
The Public Area Attendant ensures that all public spaces of InterContinental Dubai Marina are clean, well‑maintained and welcoming for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and maintain lobbies, corridors, restrooms, elevators, staircases and back‑of‑house areas.
- Replenish supplies and amenities in public restrooms.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards and lost‑and‑found items.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners and floor polishers safely.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and support the housekeeping team during peak periods.
Required profile
- Previous experience in guest service or hospitality, preferably in a hotel or resort.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Friendly, energetic attitude with good communication skills.
