Public Relations Manager – Employee, Government & Compliance

About the role
We are seeking an organized and experienced Public Relations Manager to own employee, government relations and compliance operations across our entities in the UAE. This hands‑on position focuses on visa, labour and trade licence processes rather than marketing or client‑facing duties.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full visa and labour cycle – onboarding, renewals and cancellations – for Mainland and Free Zone entities.
- Oversee trade licence renewals for all group companies, ensuring no lapses or delays.
- Coordinate with regional offices to align operations and communicate regulatory updates from MoHRE, Ministry of Labour and free‑zone authorities.
- Handle medical fitness applications, Emirates ID submissions and weekly petty‑cash reconciliation with Finance.
- Provide UAE labour‑law guidance to account managers and internal teams.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and government regulations.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage workload without hand‑holding and meet tight deadlines.
