Public Relations Officer (PRO)

About the role

Liwa Education is hiring a Public Relations Officer (PRO) in Al Ain to manage the school's government-related transactions and documentation. The role covers visas, labour procedures, permits and reporting, and works closely with several government authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all government-related transactions and documentation for the school.
• Process visa applications, renewals, cancellations and Emirates ID procedures for employees.
• Coordinate with MOE, ADEK, ICP, MOHRE and other government authorities.
• Handle trade license, permits and company document renewals, and monitor their expiry dates.
• Prepare and submit required reports and official correspondence.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding related to government requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of employee and company documentation.
• Guide staff on visa and labour procedures and perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of UAE experience as a PRO or in government relations.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law, immigration and government procedures.
• Experience dealing with MOHRE, ICP, ADEK and other UAE government entities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic; valid UAE driving licence preferred.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
