Pulmonologist – Part‑Time Home Healthcare

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Pulmonologist to deliver specialized respiratory care to adult and pediatric patients in their homes across Dubai. The role offers flexible part‑time scheduling, clinical autonomy and the chance to work alongside an established multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pulmonary assessments, diagnose and manage chronic and complex respiratory conditions.
• Prescribe, monitor and adjust oxygen therapy, non‑invasive and invasive ventilatory support, and manage tracheostomies.
• Assess and treat sleep‑disordered breathing, including home sleep studies and CPAP/BiPAP therapy.
• Perform scheduled home visits and provide on‑call specialist support for urgent clinical concerns.
• Develop individualized care plans and guide respiratory therapists, nurses and physiotherapists.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with DHA regulations.

Required profile

• Active DHA license as a Specialist/Consultant Pulmonologist.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in pulmonology or respiratory medicine.
• Strong expertise in adult respiratory care; pediatric experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel across Dubai for home visits and provide on‑call support.
