QA Supervisor – FMCG (Water & Food Industry)

About the role

The QA Supervisor will lead daily quality assurance and control activities across production, filling, packaging, and warehouse operations for Gulfa Mineral Water. You will ensure that all products comply with company standards, food safety regulations, and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise QA/QC activities in production, filling, packaging, and warehouse.
• Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and GMP standards throughout the plant.
• Conduct inspections of raw materials, packaging, production lines, and finished goods.
• Implement and maintain HACCP, ISO 22000, and the Food Safety Management System.
• Coordinate laboratory testing for water quality, microbiological analysis, and product specifications.
• Investigate complaints, non‑conformances and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Prepare and maintain QA documentation, SOPs, audit records, and quality logs.
• Lead internal audits and support external regulatory audits.
• Train production and hygiene staff on quality and food‑safety practices.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Procurement, and Warehouse to improve product quality and efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in FMCG, bottled water, beverage or food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP and related food‑safety standards.
• Experience with water testing, food quality inspection and microbiological standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office and quality‑reporting systems.
