QA/QC Engineer

About the role

Rejlers Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to support refinery and onshore/offshore oil and gas projects. The role reports to the Manager – QHSE and focuses on ensuring project quality objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain project quality plans, procedures and compliance documentation.
• Conduct quality audits of subcontractors, vendors and fabricators and ensure adherence to QA/QC standards.
• Review designs, drawings, specifications and data sheets against client requirements and international standards.
• Prepare weekly and monthly QA/QC performance reports, statistics and presentations for stakeholders.
• Provide technical support, training and QHSE inductions for personnel on site.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Bachelors or Masters) with at least 10 years of experience in petro‑chemical and oil & gas consultancy.
• Proven experience across all project delivery stages (Studies, FEED, Detail Engineering).
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to liaise with clients, contractors and internal teams.
