QA/QC Engineer – Refinery & Oil & Gas Projects

About the role

Rejlers International Engineering Solutions is seeking a QA/QC Engineer to join its Abu Dhabi operations. The role focuses on delivering quality assurance and control for refinery and on‑shore/off‑shore oil and gas projects, ensuring that all engineering deliverables meet client and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain project quality plans, programs and procedures.
• Review QA/QC aspects of proposals, detailed designs, drawings, specifications and data sheets against scope of work and applicable standards.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors and fabricators to ensure compliance with the Project Quality Plan.
• Provide technical support on QA/QC issues and create standard operating procedures.
• Conduct quality audits of subcontractors, vendors and fabricators.
• Identify performance inhibitors and drive continuous improvement actions.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in QA/QC for refinery and oil & gas projects, both on‑shore and off‑shore.
• Strong understanding of international and national engineering standards.
• Proven ability to liaise with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
