Qlik Sense Developer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Qlik Sense Developer with 4‑5 years of experience in business intelligence, data modeling, and dashboard development. The role covers the full BI lifecycle, from gathering requirements and scripting to delivering advanced visualisations and maintaining production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy Qlik Sense dashboards and analytical reports aligned with business needs.
• Lead end‑to‑end BI development, including requirement gathering, data modelling, scripting, visualisation and rollout.
• Build and optimise QVD layers, ETL pipelines, incremental loads and complex Qlik scripts for scalable processing.
• Implement Set Analysis, variables, dynamic KPIs and secure dashboards using Section Access and security rules.
• Integrate data from Excel, CSV, SQL Server, PostgreSQL and other sources via ODBC/OLEDB.
• Manage Qlik apps in QMC, schedule reload tasks, monitor performance and troubleshoot failures.
• Create automated reports with Qlik NPrinting and enhance UI using JavaScript, HTML and CSS when required.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate KPIs and ensure reporting consistency.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of hands‑on experience with Qlik Sense and QlikView.
• Strong expertise in Qlik scripting, SQL, data modelling and QVD‑based ETL architectures.
• Experience with Section Access, security rules and enterprise‑grade BI governance.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate analytical needs into scalable solutions.
