Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead unit readiness and inspection processes for residential projects across the UAE, ensuring the highest quality standards before handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead unit inspection, snagging, de‑snagging, and QA release processes.
• Develop and maintain inspection standards, checklists, and quality procedures.
• Manage and guide the QA inspection team to ensure consistent quality.
• Coordinate with Project Delivery, consultants, and contractors to resolve quality issues.
• Monitor rectification progress, escalate outstanding issues, and ensure closure before handover.
• Analyse inspection data, monitor contractor performance, and drive continuous quality improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Substantial experience in residential construction QA/QC, snagging, and handover within the UAE or GCC.
• Previous experience supervising or managing QA inspection teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction finishes, quality standards, and residential handover processes.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Experience with digital inspection systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or Power Apps.
