Quality Assurance & Quality Control Engineer

About the role

The Quality Assurance & Quality Control Engineer will lead the implementation and monitoring of QA/QC systems across all projects, ensuring strict compliance with contractual requirements, international codes, and standards. This role works closely with field inspection and construction teams to maintain high quality standards throughout project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare project‑specific QA/QC plans and procedures for senior review and approval.
• Ensure that only approved quality procedures, standards, and specifications are available on‑site.
• Coordinate with field inspection and construction teams to apply QA/QC systems and plans.
• Collect and log daily QC data on the QA/QC dashboard.
• Follow up on non‑conformities, drive corrective actions, and monitor resolution timelines.
• Monitor inspection activities to guarantee work is performed within project timeframes and standards.
• Document QC inspection activities and maintain up‑to‑date inspection and test status records.
• Support lead discipline engineers in developing welding and NDT procedures.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, processes, and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• ISO 9001:2015 certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in dredging and civil marine projects.
