Quality Controller

About the role

The Quality Controller will audit Apple‑authorized retail shops and service centres, ensuring compliance with operational procedures, sales processes, cash handling, stock management and repair quality. The role involves regular on‑site visits, detailed inspections and reporting to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct weekly audits of retail shops following the Apple retail audit program, covering sales, cash handling, inventory, trade‑in, fixed assets, security, planogram compliance and shop manuals.
• Perform weekly audits of service centres, reviewing repair quality against Apple Service Provider Manual, operational procedures, GSX and other Apple guidelines.
• Use checklists to verify employee/technician certifications, tool availability, and inspect 20‑50 KBBs per visit, documenting issues.
• Guide technicians on root‑cause findings, explain operational procedures, and present audit results to local managers.
• Prepare and deliver audit reports and presentations to senior management, recommending process improvements.
• Monitor CCTV footage related to repairs, support vendor audits when required, and maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Apple Certified Macintosh or iOS technician certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• High level of discretion when handling sensitive financial data.
