Quantity Surveyor – Construction Supervision Projects

About the role

We are seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors to join Surbana Jurong’s upcoming construction supervision projects in Dubai. The role will focus on cost management, contract administration and commercial control across large‑scale infrastructure developments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and tender documents.
• Monitor project costs, budgets and financial performance throughout the lifecycle.
• Evaluate contractor variations, claims and interim payment applications.
• Ensure contract compliance and support contract administration activities.
• Conduct site measurements and verify quantities.
• Provide cost advice and reporting to the project team.
• Support procurement and tender evaluation processes.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in quantity surveying, contract administration or construction supervision.
• Strong background in infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and commercial processes.
• Experience in the UAE/GCC market is preferred.
