Site Engineers & Architects – Construction Supervision (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Site Engineers and Architects across civil, utilities, structural, geotechnical, MEP and architectural disciplines to join upcoming construction supervision projects in Dubai. The positions will support large-scale infrastructure development, ensuring quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise on-site construction activities for assigned disciplines.
• Verify contractor compliance with specifications, drawings and standards.
• Review and approve technical submissions and shop drawings.
• Monitor progress, quality and safety performance on site.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants and stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain site reports and documentation.

Required profile

• 10–20 years of relevant experience, depending on seniority.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture.
• Proven experience in construction supervision on large infrastructure projects.
• Prior experience in the UAE or GCC region preferred.
