Real Estate Agent – Luxury Property Sales

About the role

Luxarabia Real Estate L.L.C. is seeking motivated Real Estate Agents to join its expanding team in Dubai. Whether you are an experienced broker or starting a career in real estate, you will work with a luxury brand, gain industry expertise, and help clients discover exceptional property and investment opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client requirements and recommend suitable off‑plan investment opportunities.
• Present project details, payment plans, developer profiles and investment benefits to prospective buyers.
• Manage inbound leads, conduct client meetings, project presentations and developer site visits.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, homeowners and referral partners.
• Guide clients through reservation, booking, SPA signing and payment processes while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Required profile

• Passion for real estate and a strong desire to build a successful sales career in Dubai.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to learn quickly.
• Strong networking and relationship‑building abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using CRM systems for sales activity tracking.
