Senior Investment Advisor

About the role

Enclave Real Estate, an award‑winning Dubai brokerage, is looking for a Senior Investment Advisor to guide both international and local investors through the property buying process. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from the first enquiry to after‑sales support, while leveraging the company’s leads, tools and marketing support.

Key responsibilities

• Guide investors to suitable properties and provide market insights.
• Negotiate and close property deals.
• Manage client property portfolios from enquiry through after‑sales.
• Maintain long‑term client relationships and generate repeat business.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in property or luxury sales.
• Proven track record of AED 40M+ total sales in the last 12 months.
• Strong client service and relationship‑building skills.
• Solid knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
• Fluent English plus at least one additional language (e.g., Russian, Arabic, Chinese, German, French) and a valid UAE driving licence.
