Real Estate Agent – Secondary Market

About the role

Tamani Real Estate, a RERA‑licensed brokerage in Dubai, is expanding its secondary‑market team. The role focuses on resale and ready‑to‑move‑in properties across Dubai, handling listings, negotiations and client management.

Key responsibilities

• Source and manage listings for ready properties in the secondary market.
• List and market properties on Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle.
• Handle buyer and seller inquiries, schedule viewings and negotiate deals.
• Coordinate with the admin team for Trakheesi permits and listing approvals.
• Stay updated on market trends, new projects and RERA regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai’s secondary real‑estate market.
• Valid RERA Broker ID (or willingness to obtain one).
• Excellent negotiation and client‑relationship skills.
• Self‑motivated, confident and target‑driven.
• UAE driving licence preferred; fluency in English required.
