Real Estate Consultant

About the role

The Real Estate Consultant will work full‑time on‑site in Dubai, guiding clients through every stage of property transactions in the UAE market. You will identify suitable properties, arrange viewings, provide market insights and support clients from inquiry to deal closure.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and present property options that match client needs and budgets.
• Arrange property viewings, negotiate offers and coordinate with developers and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate client records, stay updated on market trends, regulations and pricing.
• Participate in training sessions, team meetings and sales performance reviews.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the UAE real‑estate market and property fundamentals.
• Proven sales ability, including lead generation, client relationship management and deal closing.
• Effective negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients and the company.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and training.
• Fluent English; additional languages used in Dubai are a plus.
