Real Estate Recruiter (Dubai)

About the role

Metropolitan Group is seeking a proactive Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for its real‑estate business in Dubai. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for agents, sales leaders and back‑office roles, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience and strong employer branding.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage real‑estate agents and sales professionals via LinkedIn, job portals and direct outreach.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from brief to offer for secondary, off‑plan and back‑office positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on candidate profiles and prioritize vacancies.
• Conduct structured interviews, assess candidates against scorecards and market benchmarks.
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarks and sourcing strategies to leadership.
• Maintain accurate pipelines, reports and hiring metrics.
• Promote Metropolitan’s employer brand throughout the candidate journey.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience within the UAE real‑estate sector, especially hiring agents and sales staff.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s brokerage landscape, commission structures and candidate motivations.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies independently and meet tight timelines.
• Sharp judgement of character, motivation and cultural fit.

Required skills

• Advanced LinkedIn sourcing and head‑hunting techniques.
• Experience with structured interview frameworks and scorecard assessments.
