About the role
We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Telesales Agent to join our growing team in Business Bay, Dubai. You will be responsible for outbound calling, generating leads and supporting the sales pipeline for our real estate projects.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential investors and clients.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up on inquiries and nurture relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months experience in UAE real estate.
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
- Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and generating leads.
- Target‑driven with strong sales and follow‑up abilities.
