Reception Manager – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

Atlantis The Palm, part of Kerzner International, is seeking enthusiastic Reception Managers to lead guest interactions across its various venues. You will be the first point of contact, delivering five‑star service, creating memorable experiences, and fostering lasting relationships with guests, residents and regulars.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a professional, friendly demeanor.
• Act as a sales ambassador, encouraging repeat visits and capturing new business.
• Communicate guest special requests and preferences to restaurant and hotel management.
• Maintain and update the guest database, collaborating with PR and marketing on upcoming events and promotions.
• Ensure the reception area reflects the brand’s luxury standards and immaculate presentation.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Passion for food & beverage, guest experience and the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours in a fast‑paced environment.
