Reception Manager – Luxury Private Members Club

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Reception Manager to join the front‑of‑house leadership team of a prestigious luxury private members club in Dubai. The role is centred on delivering seamless, personalised service to discerning members and guests, while upholding the club’s standards of discretion and refinement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Reception and Host team, ensuring flawless daily operations across all member touchpoints.
• Oversee arrival and departure experiences, guaranteeing every member feels genuinely welcomed and well attended.
• Build and nurture relationships with members, understanding individual preferences and anticipating needs.
• Establish, maintain and enforce the club’s service standards and codes of conduct.
• Handle reservations, member correspondence and special requests with efficiency and professionalism.
• Coach, mentor and develop reception staff through structured training and day‑to‑day guidance.
• Address member feedback promptly and discreetly, resolving issues swiftly.
• Collaborate closely with Membership, Operations and Food & Beverage teams.

Required profile

• Proven background as a Reception Manager, Front Office Manager or Senior Host within a luxury hotel, fine‑dining establishment or recognised private members club.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with confidence to motivate teams and uphold high standards.
• Polished, articulate communicator comfortable with a high‑profile membership.
• Warm, attentive host with a genuine service‑oriented mindset.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational discipline.
• Familiarity with private members club culture is an advantage.
