Reception Supervisor - Automotive Aftersales

About the role

Al-Futtaim Automotive is building a pool of talent for future Reception Supervisor roles across the UAE. The role oversees the workshop reception, leads customer-facing activities and ensures customers receive professional, efficient and courteous service throughout their aftersales journey. It sits within a dynamic Aftersales team working closely with service and workshop colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the workshop reception to maintain efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service to support retention and business development.
• Coordinate vehicle service pre-bookings to support effective workshop loading.
• Ensure vehicles are received professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure job cards are opened accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate invoicing after job completion to enable timely delivery and payment collection.
• Communicate with customers about service charges, approvals and negotiations.
• Support the reception team in delivering a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Diploma, degree, technical certificate or qualification in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry or a similar role.
• Previous experience in automotive service reception or aftersales operations.
• Strong understanding of customer service and workshop reception processes.
