About the role
We are looking for a professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our corporate office in Dubai. The role involves managing communications, welcoming visitors, and providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate personnel, and maintain professional phone etiquette.
- Greet and assist visitors, providing accurate company information.
- Receive, sort, and route mail, packages, and faxes; coordinate outgoing couriers and maintain related records.
- Support HR and administration with form handling, printing, scanning, filing, follow‑ups, and travel/hotel bookings.
- Coordinate office maintenance requests and perform general clerical duties.
Required profile
- Female candidate fluent in French, Arabic and English.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a receptionist or front‑desk officer in a corporate or multi‑branch environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with office management software and email systems.
