About the role
We are looking for a professional, welcoming, and highly organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our client’s office. You will represent the brand, greet visitors, and ensure smooth daily administrative operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors, and guests warmly; manage the visitor log and direct individuals to the appropriate departments.
- Handle incoming calls, route inquiries efficiently, and manage general company emails.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and office supply inventory.
- Schedule and prepare meeting rooms, ensuring they are tidy and fully equipped.
- Assist HR and admin teams with basic data entry, document scanning, and filing when required.
Required profile
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, front‑desk, or corporate customer‑service role.
- Strong organizational skills, professional demeanor, and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Immediate availability preferred.
