About the role
TD Capital / TDFX Capital Management is seeking a well‑groomed, confident Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to manage the front office in Business Bay, Dubai. The role involves welcoming clients, handling calls, and providing administrative support to internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors and guests professionally.
- Manage front‑desk operations and maintain a positive office environment.
- Answer, screen and direct phone calls.
- Handle client inquiries and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Maintain visitor records, appointments and meeting schedules.
- Support daily administrative and office coordination tasks.
- Assist management with documentation and follow‑ups.
- Coordinate with vendors, couriers and service providers as needed.
Required profile
- Presentable, well‑groomed and professional appearance.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Confident communication in Hindi; Arabic knowledge preferred.
- Polite, disciplined, service‑oriented and confident.
- Comfortable with basic admin work and office coordination.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Prior experience as a receptionist, front‑desk executive, admin assistant or customer‑service role preferred.
- Valid UAE residence visa or self‑visa preferred.
