Receptionist – Front of House (UAE National)

About the role

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for residents, visitors and walk‑in customers, ensuring a professional and welcoming front‑of‑house experience. Working closely with the Property Management and Leasing teams, the role supports smooth daily operations and high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk‑in customers, residents and visitors, handling enquiries, complaints and service requests promptly.
• Answer telephone calls, take messages and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Maintain control of viewing keys, report any missing keys and raise purchase requests.
• Monitor pantry supplies, verify office supply requests and support general office administration.
• Receive service‑charge payments via credit card or cheque and assist with transaction processing.
• Coordinate with Property Management and Leasing teams, escalating feedback and operational concerns as needed.
• Follow company policies, HSE requirements and UAE regulations, reporting safety concerns and participating in mandatory training.

Required profile

• High school qualification.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible, self‑motivated team player comfortable in a multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in handling telephone systems and office administration tools.
• Basic knowledge of payment processing (credit cards, cheques).
