About the role

We are looking for a courteous and detail‑oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors at our office. The role combines front‑desk duties with basic administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations. You will also handle mail organization and provide general clerical support to the team.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and direct visitors in a polite, professional manner.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls.
  • Distribute inbound and outbound mail.
  • Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all visitors are logged appropriately.
  • Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as required.

Required profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Positive attitude and ability to maintain professionalism.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
