Receptionist

About the role

Rixos Hotels, established in 2000 in Turkey, is looking for a Receptionist in Ras Al Khaimah. The role welcomes and assists guests, handles enquiries and requests and ensures a smooth, personalised stay. It combines professional, attentive service with efficient reception operations and a high standard of guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide professional assistance at reception.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests, feedback and concerns promptly.
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services and activities.
• Coordinate with other departments to follow up on guest requests in a timely way.
• Handle guest payments and related reception transactions accurately.
• Support upselling opportunities and promote hotel services.
• Maintain accurate records and follow reception procedures and standards.
• Keep the reception area professional, organised and welcoming.
• Perform other duties as required to support the department.

Required profile

• Minimum 1-2 years' previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Office staff member, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Russian and Arabic language skills are preferred.

Required skills

• Previous experience using OPERA Cloud is preferred.
