Receptionist – Russian Speaker (Full‑time, Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a professional Receptionist who is fluent in Russian and English to join our front‑desk team at Quttainah Specialized Hospital in Dubai. This full‑time, on‑site position plays a key part in delivering a welcoming and efficient experience for patients, visitors, and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, manage check‑in procedures, and maintain a courteous atmosphere.
• Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate bookings.
• Facilitate smooth communication between the front office and clinical departments.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, record management, and document handling.
• Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and inviting.

Required profile

• Strong phone etiquette and proven receptionist experience.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Fluency in Russian and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Organizational ability, attention to detail, and capacity to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Previous experience as a receptionist or front‑desk agent.
