Receptionist – Russian/French Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a polished and proactive Receptionist who can represent our brand with professionalism and discretion. The role involves being the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries across multiple channels, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the client journey.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients in person, by phone, and via email.
• Present and explain company services clearly to new and existing clients.
• Maintain accurate client records and interaction logs.
• Address client concerns or complaints with empathy and a focus on resolution.
• Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee smooth service delivery.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and adhere to company policies at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of UAE‑based experience in customer service or client relations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Fluent in French or Russian.
• Professional appearance, strong interpersonal skills, and a discreet, reliable attitude.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with high‑net‑worth or VIP clients and luxury sectors is an advantage.
