Receptionist (Turkish Speaking) – Front Office

About the role

Join the Front Office team at Radisson Dubai DAMAC Hills as a Receptionist who can communicate in Turkish. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay from check‑in to check‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
• Provide accurate information and assistance throughout the guest journey.
• Maintain the front desk area and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues with patience and empathy.
• Collaborate with other departments to guarantee high guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Positive, “Yes I Can!” attitude and flexibility.
• Strong verbal communication skills; Turkish speaking is a plus.
• Attention to detail and creative problem‑solving abilities.
• Passion for delivering extraordinary service.
• Team‑oriented mindset and ability to work under a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in a similar front‑office role is beneficial.
