About the role
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers at Weatherford's Abu Dhabi office, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. This role supports smooth office operations through front‑desk management and basic administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, manage check‑in and check‑out activities, and handle front‑desk inquiries.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and packages.
- Provide administrative and office coordination support to various departments.
Required profile
- 0‑1 years of experience in receptionist, customer service, front‑desk, or administrative roles.
- High School Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Office Administration, Hospitality Management, Customer Service, Communications, or a related field.
Required skills
- Basic computer and office software proficiency.
