Record To Report Supervisor

About the role

The Record To Report (RTR) Supervisor provides end‑to‑end accounting services for hotels across the MEA region, supporting the UAE Finance Centre of Excellence. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the role ensures timely month‑end close, accurate financial reporting, and compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee month‑end closing activities, financial reporting, balance‑sheet and P&L reviews.
• Manage balance‑sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, tax reporting preparation, and daily cash and revenue journal entries.
• Maintain the ME Navision Vendor Master File and ensure SOX and Hilton policy compliance.
• Coordinate internal and external audit processes, providing documentation and responding to auditor queries.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and lead project initiatives to increase efficiency.
• Supervise, train, and develop RTR analysts, fostering a high‑performing team.
• Act as the primary liaison for hotels, offering guidance on best‑practice accounting procedures.
• Support pre‑opening and close‑out activities with structured checklists.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated with a ‘can‑do’ attitude, capable of working independently under pressure.
• Excellent judgment, critical thinking, and analytical abilities for complex financial decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics Navision.
