About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and self‑motivated Recreation Supervisor to oversee the health club facilities at Al Ain Rotana. Reporting to the Recreation Manager or Assistant Recreation Manager, you will ensure smooth daily operations and uphold the highest standards of service and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct daily briefings with the Recreation Manager/Assistant and staff.
- Enforce club rules, regulations and SOPs, and train employees accordingly.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all facilities, memberships and services.
- Implement and monitor daily, weekly and monthly cleaning and maintenance checklists.
- Ensure the club remains clean, tidy and properly set up at all times.
- Uphold safety and hygiene standards throughout operations.
- Guide guests to comply with club policies.
- Prepare the weekly duty roster for staff.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in sports, leisure or a related field.
- Relevant experience in a similar recreation or health‑club role.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Ability to contribute positively to sales and revenue generation.
- Strong problem‑solving capabilities.
Required skills
- Computer knowledge.
