Recruiter & HR Assistant (Full‑time, On‑site)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter cum HR Assistant to join our team at Palma Beach Resort & Spa in Umm Al Quwain. This full‑time, on‑site position will support the entire recruitment lifecycle and provide essential HR administrative assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and publish job descriptions for open positions.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, and manage the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate employee records and assist with payroll processing.
• Support employee‑engagement initiatives and organise HR‑related events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in recruitment or HR administration is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with UAE labour laws is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR software (PayTrax).
• Experience using applicant tracking systems.
• Competence with office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office).
