About the role
We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for our clients in the UAE. The role involves sourcing, screening, and placing candidates while ensuring a smooth hiring experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing to successful placement.
- Understand client requirements and source suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and databases.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and submit shortlisted profiles to clients.
- Coordinate interviews, follow up on feedback and support offer discussions and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment records and manage multiple vacancies within agreed timelines.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of UAE recruitment experience.
- Experience in a recruitment or staffing agency preferred.
- Strong sourcing, screening, communication and client coordination skills.
