Recruitment Consultant (French/English speaker)

About the role

We are expanding our EMEA activities and need a bilingual Recruitment Consultant to join our Dubai office. The role blends business development with end‑to‑end recruitment, focusing on new client acquisition and technical hiring across railway, construction, civil engineering and industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and open new client accounts across EMEA markets.
• Prospect, cold‑call and acquire clients through direct outreach.
• Understand recruitment needs in railway, construction, civil engineering and industrial companies.
• Build and manage a portfolio of client relationships, presenting tailored recruitment solutions.
• Source, assess and present qualified candidates, managing assignments from start to finish.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant in an agency or executive search environment.
• Background in recruiting for railway, construction, civil engineering or technical industries is highly preferred.
• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
• Comfortable with business development, cold calling and client acquisition.
• Strong commercial mindset, autonomous and proactive.
