Recruitment Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Executive to build our sales and support teams in Dubai. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates in the UAE and India to onboarding, focusing on real‑estate sales, telesales and support roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering and onboarding.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals and internal databases across Dubai and India.
• Hire for positions such as Telesales Executives, Real Estate Agents, HR, Graphic Designers, Videographers and Drivers.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone/video interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Verify candidates' sales experience, communication skills and immediate relocation readiness.
• Draft and post job ads on LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Guide candidates on visa, relocation and joining formalities.
• Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment reports, and support onboarding.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in real‑estate or sales hiring.
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search capabilities.
• Excellent spoken and written English; Hindi is an advantage.
• Good understanding of UAE hiring processes, visas and labour requirements.
• Ability to handle high‑volume hiring and meet tight deadlines.
• Immediate availability to join.
