Recruitment Lead – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Lead to own recruitment excellence in a fully remote, international talent acquisition environment. Reporting directly to the founders, you will guide a team of Recruitment Specialists, oversee pipelines, coach members, and manage complex searches while handling selected roles yourself.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment team, ensuring quality, consistency and performance of hiring activities.
• Review and approve candidate scorecards, observe screening interviews and provide targeted coaching.
• Attend client interviews, share recordings and notes, and translate observations into actionable feedback.
• Manage weekly performance scoreboard, monitor pipelines, identify bottlenecks and intervene early.
• Provide weekly written updates to clients and coordinate handovers to the People Lead.
• Independently manage one or two searches from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Allocate new searches across the team based on capacity and experience.
• Train new recruiters, maintain SOPs and collaborate with founders to refine workflows.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience in an agency or high‑growth environment.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor or lead recruiters, or senior recruiters ready to step into leadership.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment and client‑facing communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple pipelines.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 5:00 PM‑2:00 AM PKT.
