Recruitment Specialist – Engineering & Corporate Hiring

About the role

ALSUWEIDI is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to lead the full recruitment cycle for engineering, architectural, MEP and corporate positions. The role focuses on sourcing, selecting and onboarding top talent while ensuring compliance with UAE labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from job posting and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, professional networks and other platforms.
• Build talent pipelines and conduct targeted headhunting for specialised technical roles.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and coordinate assessments with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate ATS records, prepare recruitment reports and KPI updates.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, company policies and recruitment best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in engineering, construction or technical industries.
• Proven experience recruiting engineering, architectural and MEP professionals.
• Good understanding of UAE labour laws, visa procedures and regional recruitment practices.
• Excellent English communication, negotiation, organisational and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience using ATS platforms and Boolean search techniques.
• Strong online sourcing tools and talent‑pipeline development.
