Regional Controller – Dubai

About the role

Our client is a well‑established international group with more than 14,000 employees across 60 countries. Based at the regional headquarters in Dubai, the Regional Controller will support financial control and reporting across the Middle East and Africa, working closely with the Regional CFO and local finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure reliable and consistent financial reporting across the region.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Monitor internal controls and compliance.
• Address reporting or process issues with local teams and align practices with Group requirements.
• Visit businesses and sites throughout the region as needed.

Required profile

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar regional finance or controlling role.
• Approximately 10+ years of overall financial management experience.
• Professional experience in the Middle East region (essential).
• Exposure to an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with finance teams and senior stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
