Regional Head of Standardization & Ops Excellence

About the role

The Regional Head of Standardization & Ops Excellence leads continuous improvement across multiple facilities in the IMEA region. This senior role translates global initiatives into locally feasible programs, equips industrial engineering teams with tools and skills, and drives large‑scale process improvements through standardisation and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Represent IMEA in regional and global forums, advocating for local operational nuances.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to adapt rollouts, ensuring initiatives are fit for purpose.
• Design and deliver tools, training, and coaching for on‑site industrial engineers.
• Define, maintain, and enforce a standard CI framework with clear problem statements, root‑cause analysis, hypothesis testing and measurable success criteria.
• Identify and prioritise large‑scale process improvements leveraging automation, AI, robotics and digital analytics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Mechanical Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent with proven experience in CI methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, DMAIC).
• Strong stakeholder management experience influencing regional and global partners.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the IMEA region.
