Regional Income Development Executive - West Division

About the role

Zurich Insurance is seeking a Regional Income Development Executive to drive finance and insurance (F&I) sales across its West Division, covering several U.S. states. Based in Abu Dhabi with a work‑from‑home arrangement, you will support a dedicated dealer sales force and help grow profitable relationships with automotive dealers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with large franchised automotive dealers in the West Division.
• Generate new F&I business opportunities and obtain referrals from existing accounts.
• Support dealer performance through training, development initiatives, and ongoing communication.
• Represent Zurich at conferences, seminars, and training events to promote the brand.
• Monitor and respond to evolving technology and IT requirements of dealer accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of sales experience, or a high school diploma with at least 4 years of sales experience.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and terminology.
• Experience working with automotive dealerships is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
