Regional Key Account Manager - Flooring

About the role

The Regional Key Account Manager – Flooring will drive growth across the Middle East, India and Africa by managing and expanding key customer relationships for Jotun. Based in Dubai, you will act as the primary liaison for the flooring segment, ensuring Jotun is positioned as the preferred supplier.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the regional flooring strategy to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Develop and manage key accounts in marine & protective, civil infrastructure, commercial and industrial segments.
• Collaborate with local units and SSS to convert non‑buying accounts into project specifications.
• Partner with Regional Technical Services to secure approvals, deliver training and support product innovation.
• Lead customer engagement through CPDs, asset presentations and regional events.
• Maintain strong CRM discipline with accurate reporting, pipeline and specification tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in flooring sales.
• Proven track record in managing and developing customer relationships.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
