Regional Logistics Manager – Middle East

About the role

The Regional Logistics Manager oversees the flow of goods from origins through the Dubai distribution centre to 24 stores across six countries. The role leads a team of four Logistics Executives, manages carrier and broker relationships, and is accountable for service, cost and compliance on every lane.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and evaluate the four Logistics Executives, set objectives and run weekly logistics reviews.
• Own end‑to‑end inbound visibility, steer forwarders, plan capacity and manage customs compliance in six countries.
• Manage carrier and broker portfolio, lead tenders and renewals, and integrate carriers with the delivery management platform.
• Own logistics budget lines, validate monthly costs and publish KPIs such as lead time, on‑time delivery and cost per unit.
• Supervise destruction, recycling, HSE audits and prepare network changes with the distribution centre.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of logistics or supply‑chain experience, with at least 3 years managing a team.
• Hands‑on knowledge of GCC customs and regulatory frameworks.
• Track record with freight forwarders, express carriers and customs brokers.
• Experience in luxury, fashion or high‑value goods logistics is a strong plus.
