Regional Retail Manager – Luxury

About the role

The client is a prestigious French luxury fashion house seeking a Regional Retail Manager for the Middle East, based in Dubai. You will lead boutique operations across the region, ensuring the brand’s standards of quality, service and exclusivity are consistently delivered to high‑net‑worth clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Drive overall sales and profitability of all retail locations in the Middle East, adopting an ownership mindset.
• Monitor and maintain high‑quality customer service across the region.
• Support store managers to improve sales, oversee new store openings and remodels.
• Resolve customer service issues and inquiries promptly.
• Analyse sales data and metrics to recommend growth initiatives.
• Coordinate with Marketing and PR on stylist collaborations, celebrity engagements and influencer activities.
• Provide leadership, training and performance reviews for store managers and assistant managers, including KPI tracking and staffing.
• Enforce company policies, HR and security procedures, and ensure compliance with loss‑prevention cycle counts.
• Prepare monthly performance reports covering business trends and competitor analysis.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and proper organization of product categories in both back‑of‑house and front‑of‑house areas.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑end luxury retail with regional or area responsibility.
• Strong leadership and team‑building capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel frequently across KSA, Bahrain and other Gulf markets.
• Ability to work autonomously while aligning with corporate vision.
