About the role
The Regional Sales Director – UAE (Dubai) will lead the sales strategy and execution for AI infrastructure and liquid cooling solutions, driving growth and managing key customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales plans to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage key accounts, build long‑term relationships, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Oversee sales operations, forecast revenue, and monitor performance against targets.
- Engage with enterprise and channel partners, coordinate with technical and marketing teams, and negotiate contracts.
Required profile
- Strong sales and business development experience with a proven track record of regional growth.
- Experience in sales operations, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop regional sales teams.
- Background in technology, cloud, AI infrastructure, or related fields; data‑center or cooling solutions experience is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
